trash out two months prior to pick up. Not only is it unlawful, it's unsafe and unsightly. It is bad enough to look at the mounds of trash that are put out legally (usually 3 weeks prior to pick up) so why put it out months in advance.
What are the alternatives?

2. With very little effort much of it can be cut into smaller pieces and disposed of in the regular trash pick up.
3. I t can be stored out of sight until it can be legally placed at the curb.
Be a nice neighbor, don't litter our streets with trash.
