ELECTION OF NEW OFFICERS.  The nominating committee has been busy at work locating candidates for our association board.  The nominating committee will present the slate of officers, and you may nominate additional candidates from the floor.
PAYMENT OF DUES AND DISTRIBUTION OF LUMINARIAS:  The $5.00 dues will be accepted at the meeting, and those paying at that time will receive their luminaria packet (10 candles and paper bags).  Please get your dues in promptly so we can deliver your packet before the Dec. 19th Luminaria night. As always, volunteers to help in the luminaria delivery are always welcome.  Thanks to Penny Schneck, Dottie Smith and Carol Jernigan for heading up this project.
HOLIDAY EVENTS
Plan to participate in the Luminaria Caroling night, Dec. 19, starting off at 7 pm at the Traylor's, 4220 N 9th (corner of 9th and Heatherbrae)  Asse and Lyndon invite you to come in (use the entrance on Heatherbrae) for a cup of refreshment and  cookies before and after the caroling. Please let them know (263-8088) if you have goodies to donate).  No gracious leader for the caroling has stepped forth,  so the Woodlea-Melrose choir will be led by the holiday spirit!  Great voices aren't required, only enthusiasm ! 
If you can't carol, please be part of the holidays by lighting your luminarias at dusk to guide our carolers on their way.
Adopt-A-Family As we count our blessing this holiday, we ask you to remember those with less.  This year  we are donating gift certificates to the Osborn School's Santa Angel project. This way we can share our blessing with several families  Send donations to  any officer or bring to the meeting
